SmartEnergyPH helps Filipino homeowners understand solar before they buy. When a homeowner asks to be contacted for a quote, we refer them to approved installers who serve their region.
How it works
- Apply with your company details, the regions you serve and your credentials.
- We review your registration (DTI/SEC), your engineer’s PRC licence and, where available, the DOE installer registry.
- We agree terms in writing — referral fee (if any), response times and data protection — before any referrals.
- You receive inquiries from homeowners in your regions who have consented to be contacted.
What we expect
- Clear written quotes with equipment models, datasheets, warranties and the assumptions behind savings estimates — see our quote checklist.
- Prompt, honest contact with every referred homeowner, and no pressure selling.
- Plans signed and sealed by a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, and the required permits.
- Handling homeowner data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
We can remove installers from the network if homeowners report poor service.

Questions
Who can join?
Registered Philippine businesses that design and install residential solar PV systems, with plans signed and sealed by a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer as required by Republic Act No. 7920. Being listed in the DOE Solar PV Installer Registry is a plus but not required.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. If approved, we’ll agree in writing on any referral fee and on how homeowner data must be handled before we send you any inquiries.
How are homeowner inquiries shared?
Only homeowners who explicitly agree to be contacted are referred, and only to approved installers who serve their region. You must contact them promptly, keep their data confidential, and use it only for their quote.
Will you list or rank my company on the site?
Not automatically. Our guides stay independent: joining the referral network doesn’t buy coverage, rankings or reviews.
