Estimated brownout runtimes
Runtime ≈ 572 Wh × 0.85 ÷ load (W). The 0.85 factor allows for usable capacity and AC conversion losses, in line with the factor EcoFlow and other makers use. Real runtime varies.

What it can run on its own
Each appliance by itself, using example wattages. Motor appliances are checked against the surge rating at about 3× their running watts.

Fridges, freezers and aircons cycle on and off, so they usually last longer than the “runtime alone” figure suggests.
Recharging with solar
It accepts up to 220 W of solar input (11-55V, 13A). With about 4.7 peak sun hours a day (the Philippine average) and allowing about 20% for losses, a full recharge from empty takes roughly:
- 0.7 sunny days with a 200 W panel
- 0.7 sunny days with 220 W of panels (its maximum input)
Estimate: capacity ÷ (panel watts ÷ 1.2 × peak sun hours). Cloudy weather, shading and panel angle reduce charging.

Notes: Specs are from the PH store 'RIVER 3 Max Specs' table on the RIVER 3 Max Solar Generator listing, and they match the AU store. The solar voltage and current are from the RIVER 3 Plus manual (https://manuals.ecoflow.com/eu/product/river-3-plus?lang=en_US: 'Solar Input 11-55V 13A, 220W Max'), because the solar port is on the RIVER 3 Plus unit. Solar: '220W, 0-100% in 3.2 hr'. Conflict: EcoFlow's 220W Lightweight panel manual lists RIVER 3 Max as 576Wh; the PH and AU spec tables say 572Wh, which is used. The price is the PH store variant 'RIVER 3 Max (RIVER 3 Plus + Extra Battery 300)'. The PH store's products.json flagged it available; the page stock label was not checked. A 'RIVER 3 Max (Wireless)' variant sells at PHP 26,990 / 39,990.
