Which EcoFlow Power Stations Work With the EcoFlow 400W Rigid Solar Panel (2-Pack)?

The EcoFlow 400W Rigid Solar Panel (2 × 400W) is a pack of two panels, and it comes without a cable. Both panels can be used on two-port DELTA models: DELTA 3 Plus, DELTA 3 2000 Air, DELTA 3 Max Plus and DELTA 3 Ultra Plus, with one panel per port for 800W. The DELTA Pro and DELTA Pro 3 can take both in series. A single-port DELTA 3 can use only one of the two panels. No RIVER model, and not the DELTA 3 Max, can take it.

• 400W, Voc 37.1V, Isc 13.79A (operating 31V at 12.9A)
• MC4-type “solar connector” leads, 300 mm
• In the box: 2 panels, plus the user manual and warranty card. No charging cable.

EcoFlow’s US store notes that the Solar-to-XT60 charging cable comes with its portable panels, not the rigid ones. To connect to a station’s XT60i port, buy the EcoFlow Solar to XT60i Charging Cable (sold on the EcoFlow PH store) or an MC4-to-XT60i adapter cable on Shopee. For a third-party adapter, check that it is rated for at least the panel’s current and that the polarity matches.

Compatibility table

Cables by station:

• RIVER/DELTA 3 XT60i ports and the DELTA Pro 3 Low-PV port: use an MC4-to-XT60i cable (buy separately).
• DELTA Pro Ultra High-PV: the MC4 leads plug in directly.
• DELTA Pro Ultra Low-PV: use the Low-PV cable that comes with the DELTA Pro Ultra.
• DELTA Pro 3 High-PV: the manual names an EcoFlow “Solar to XT60 Charging cable”. Whether an XT60i cable fits is not stated, so ask EcoFlow.
• Series wiring: join the MC4 leads male-to-female.

On the DELTA Pro 3, you can also put one panel on the High-PV port and one on the Low-PV port, for 400W each. EcoFlow lists 2,600W of total solar input across the two ports.

Combinations to avoid

• Every RIVER model: 13.79A is over the 13A input on RIVER 2 Max/Pro and RIVER 3 Plus/Max/Max Plus. On RIVER 2, RIVER 3 and RIVER 3 UPS, the 37.1V is also over 30V.
• DELTA 3 Max: 13.79A is over its 13A input.
• Both panels on one DELTA 3-family port: series is 74.2V (over 60V), and parallel is 27.58A (over every port’s current limit).
• 4 in series on a DELTA Pro, DELTA Pro 3 High-PV or DELTA Pro Ultra Low-PV: 148.4V is under 150V, but it leaves less than our 5% safety margin.

Example charge time

Assuming full output the whole time, a best case:

• DELTA 3 Plus (1,024Wh), both panels (800W): about 1.3 hours.
• DELTA Pro 3 (4,096Wh), both in series (800W): about 5.1 hours.

Mounting and safety

Rigid panels need a frame or mount. Plugging them into a portable station on the ground is a setup you can do yourself following the manuals. Bottom line

Buy this 2-pack for a two-port DELTA, or for a DELTA Pro or DELTA Pro 3 where both panels can run in series. On a single-port DELTA 3 you would use only half of it, and it does not suit any RIVER or the DELTA 3 Max. Remember to order the cable.
